If I purchase something online, can I pick it up in the store?
We also offer free in-store pick up. If you want to choose this option, continue through the check out process. You will be asked to enter a shipping address; proceed to do so. After this step, you will be asked to choose a shipping option. Choose "Free In-Store Pick Up". You will continue through to the payment option. You must pay and finish your check out online. Once we receive your order, please allow us 24 hours to prepare your package. After this 24 hour period following your check out, you may pick up your items at our storefront located in Senoia, Georgia. To receive your items, you must show a copy of your receipt, either printed or online. You must pickup your items within 14 days of purchase. If your items are not picked up in time, we will return your items and you will be issued a store credit code for the amount of your purchase.
If an item is sold out online, is there any other way to purchase it?
Yes, our in-store and online stock is not synced. Therefore, there is a possibility that we have it in stock at our Senoia location. To check availability of an item, please call 770-727-9298 during our business hours. If available, you can purchase over the phone, receive an emailed receipt, and request your item to be shipped. If you choose this option, a flat rate $7 shipping will be added to your total.
Do you offer gift cards?
As of now, we offer in-store gift cards only. We will offer e-gift cards by Fall 2017.
How do I redeem my store credit from a return?
Once accepted, we will email you a special code with an attached amount. At checkout, please enter this code into the "promo codes" box during the payment step. Your amount will be deducted and you can use our other payment options to pay the remaining balance. If you do not use all of the amount, you can enter the special code during your next purchase.
Does my store credit from a return expire?
There is no expiration date on any return credits.
Can I use my return credit in-store?
No, this amount must only be used towards online purchases.
