If I purchase something online, can I pick it up in the store?
We also offer free in-store pick up. If you want to choose this option, continue through the check out process. You will be asked to enter a shipping address; proceed to do so. After this step, you will be asked to choose a shipping option. Choose "Free In-Store Pick Up". You will continue through to the payment option. You must pay and finish your check out online. Once we receive your order, please allow us 24 hours to prepare your package. After this 24 hour period following your check out, you may pick up your items at our storefront located in Senoia, Georgia. To receive your items, you must show a copy of your receipt, either printed or online. You must pickup your items within 14 days of purchase. If your items are not picked up in time, we will return your items and you will be issued a store credit code for the amount of your purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase either an in-store or online gift card! They can not be used interchangeably.
How do I redeem my store credit from a return?
Once accepted, we will email you a special code with an attached amount. At checkout, please enter this code into the "promo codes" box during the payment step. Your amount will be deducted and you can use our other payment options to pay the remaining balance. If you do not use all of the amount, you can enter the special code during your next purchase.
Does my online store credit from a return expire?
There is no expiration date on any return credits.
Can I use my online return credit in-store?
No, this amount must only be used towards online purchases.
